Hello, my peeps! After featuring mini Tenney in the new posting schedule post, I’ve had some requests to feature her some more. So, without further ado, I present to you, Mini T!
I survey my corner drearily.
I say ‘corner’ rather than ‘room’ because my corner is in Mom’s room, the one she shares with Aunt Kit. Call it bread pudding for all I care, it’s boring. All it has is bed, a table, and my toys.
Ah, yes, my toys. They were interesting yesterday, when I was supposed to be making my bed, but not now, when I’m supposed to play quietly. Mom said not to be too loud, because she has an essay to write.
These feet were made for bein’ AWESOME, not sitting on a carpet!
That’s it. I’m going to go on an adventure today, and let the chips fall. Preferably in my mouth, because I love potato chips. ‘specially the BBQ ones. Yum. But anyway, which of my toys will come with me?
There’s Chevy, the doll. But I can’t find her clothes, and I don’t think she’s the adventuring type, anyway.
Zamboni, the rainbow pony zebra thing? Nah. He’s looks like he’s real comfy where he is, and I don’t want to interrupt his nap.
And that leaves Mo-Mo, my koala….perfect! He’s really my favorite anyway. You should be able to tell-he’s the only one who gets a chair!
I tuck Mo-Mo under my arm….
And slip out the door.
Woo-whee!! Now I’m outside, and I’m ready for anything! I just need to be able to see where to go. My only problem?
I am tiny.
The fence! But how to scale it?
Vines! Let’s do this, baby!
I tuck Mo-Mo into my belt, and start climbing, up and up…
And up and up….
Higher and higher.
”You good back there, Mo-Mo?” I ask, gripping the vine.
Made it! Thank you, vine. It’s been cool, dude.
Ah, yes, and all that is mine! All ye who are standing around, bow to the all-awesome Tenney!
I should prolly’ be getting down now, though. Same way as I got up, of course!
Just grab the vine and….
Ooh. I guess that’s the-
”MO-MO!!!!!!!!! NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!” I DROPPED MO-MO!!! ”Wait….whoa….whoa-aaaahhh!!”
”Ptooey! Phhphbt! Pleh! Dirt in my mouth, ptooey!”
Mo-Mo! Mo-Mo! Where’d you go?? Are you ok??
Mo-Mo!! THERE you are!! I’m so happy you’re ok!
..You’re the most perfect koala ever.”
